Another project in a desirable location just off Sloane Square was completed within 12 months. The assignment was to convert a 6 storey building with 11 apartments into a 7 storey building with 3 maisonettes.  A combination of wooden floors, granite, marble and mosaics in a high finish make this property highly sought after in the London property market. All the apartments were rented out very quickly after building works finished.  Some of the works carried out are as follows:

  • Building a new loft which involved road closure for a crane operation
